Birthday Gift For Saddam

Dear Jessi,

Your birthday and Saddam's are only two days apart. I know you've been busy and may not have had time to get anything for this man who was responsible for your trip to Iraq. I'm thinking we should get him something to take him into the next year of his life with a bang, well, at least the bang part.

We could provide him with a trip to an all-inclusive Caribbean resort. I hear the Navy runs a great one right on Guantanamo Bay that would be just perfect for him. Great weather, all meals and activities included.

But you're in the Army. You don't want to get him a Navy gift. So we need to get him something the Army can provide. A man that has distinguished himself as Saddam has done deserves the finest ordnance you can find, wrapped in a US Army gift box. A thoughtfully inscribed moab preset with all its detonation codes would be a lovely choice.

You're probably thinking as I am that he should get what he truly deserves on his special day and that none of his accomplishments are left unexploded, I mean unexplored.

Take good care of yourself. You're a great inspiration to all of us. I hope you had a very happy 20th birthday. We want you with us for 20 x 20 more.
