I just wanted to let you know how much you're story has meant to my life. How crazy is that my name is also Jessica Lynch? When I heard about you and all you went through it really touched my heart. We both have a lot in common which I find also strange. You're only a year older than me, you want to be a kindergarten teacher and I want to be a third grade teacher, and we're both shy and have blond hair. I just can't get the thought that, what if it had been me, out of my head. I think about what it would be like for me to be out there risking my life for our country and I don't know if I could have ever done anything like that. You are very brave and selfless.
You don't know how many times people have asked me, "Did you know you're name is all over the news?"
I don't know why we have the same name, I'm sure there's a lot of other people with this name, but I don't believe in coincidences. Maybe God needed to remind me, by putting my name all over the news, to not take for granted what our American soldiers do for us and to pray for them. Whatever God may have been trying to teach me, I do know that you have inspired me. I know that if you can do all that you did, persevere thourgh the hardest and darkest time in your life, trusting that God would bring you though it, then I know I can do what God has called me to do and not be afraid. He will always be there for us to give us strength in our times of need. Just depend on Him for all your strength and He will give you all that you need.
Just know that I will continue to pray for you and hope that God's blessings will overflow into your life!
