Jessica will get a well deserved Medical Discharge, however, I think the Army should give her an Honorable Discharge with "Special Circumstances" There is something special about the sound of Honorable and her service was Honorable indeed. An Honorable Discharge with special Circumstances would set her apart from the usual discharge for minor injuries and mental problems. Gary Cicotte

Just to let you know, a med discharge is an "Honarable Discharge". Her DD214 will simply have a specific code that indicates that it was medical. This will be very important when evaluating her VA benafits.
