It's been a while since Jessica's been in the news, but with the recent capture of a U.S. soldier in Afghanistan, she's been asked to comment. There's a couple of stories in various papers (one her local paper in Parkersburg) about the event and her reaction, so here they are:

Thanks for those pieces. It has been a while since she's been around in the mews. I rather miss it. I feel bad for that Idaho soldier. He is in some really deep trouble. Those taliban are not the generally kind Iraqi hospital staff that saved Jessica's life.
