Chemical Ali To Go On Trial Dog tags???

Chemical Ali will be the first of the old regime to go on trial for crimes against humanity.

Wasn't his house where Jessica's dog tags were found? Admittedly, she's an incidental footnote amongst Ali's atrocities (gassing the Kurds comes to mind), but I wonder if the dog tags will be brought up...
