While many of society's "heroes" possess numerous faults, you represent the greatest exception. Your perserverance and honesty serve as the greatest example to us all. I have the utmost respect and admiration for what you have done and been through. Your story will remain among the first I think of when I need a proper perspective. We all owe a duty to society to see to it that your story and that of your fellow soldiers is never forgotten. You and your family will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
