Unflattering picture on the cover. 180 degrees from Parade.

Just read the Time article, it was well written and again we are learning more about the arduous recovery for Jessi, her tenacity and will is going to facillitate her recovery, she is truly an inspiration.

I agree Jetmaxx. Nothing beats that Parade picture and thanks to Kicks for posting it. The Time Magazine picture is done in a particular style that is unique to Time. It seems more of an introspective picture but I do like it. I saw the woman that wrote the Times Magazine article on Good Morning America w/ Diane Sawyer on Friday. They both seemed to have the same experiences with Jessica. I was hoping it also would be a fair and honest portrait of Jessica and it appears to be.

Time Magazine should be on the stands on Monday November 10th. Depends on when your local store restocks but Jessi is on this weeks magazine.

Very good article and excellent interview also. There were a few new items, such as the amount of time she has to spend at rehab, 11.5 hours a day, and how it's like a deadline for her, what she doesn't regain within 2 years, she won't ever regain. It's good to hear that she still has a chance to recover more function.

QUOTE

Now Lynch spends at least 11.5 hours every day at Mountain River Physical Therapy because the doctors at Walter Reed told her she has a two-year window; after that, what hasn't healed probably won't. Her right hand was useless when she got to Walter Reed; she couldn't so much as brush her teeth or comb her hair. Now she has full use back. She has not recovered control over her bowels and bladder. "Certainly the longer it goes the less likely it is that you're going to recover function, but nothing is impossible," says Argyros.

Actually, I thought the Parade cover shot was horrible in terms of her face...barely looked like her. The interior shots was a different matter...beautiful!l p

Correction. I meant the inside pictures of Parade were better than the cover of Time.
Yes the Parade cover was not that great either.

Oh, the inside shots were good....if you go tp Parade.com there's another shot of her that's not in the mag that's just as good.
